- Mount Eccles National Park and Lake Surprise
- Formed by a series
of volcanic eruptions beginning about 20,000 years ago.
- Nigretta Falls - Situated on the Wannon River, the falls offer
spectacular scenery and good fishing.
- Wannon Falls - Feature a koala reserve, kangaroos, a sports area
and opportunities for swimming and fishing.
- The Big Wool Bales
- Feature a shearing demonstration, tasty
snacks, a huge range of local wollen products and hands-on experiences with
the wool industry.

- Recognises Hamilton as the
birthplace of Ansett airlines
- Botanic Gardens - Four hectares of gardens including a walk-through
aviary, a native animal enclosure, historic fountain and a band rotunda.
- Hamilton Institute of Rural Learning - A large area comprising
parkland, nature trails and organic gardens. A number of research programs are
under way in the area to protect endangered species such as the Eastern Barred
Bandicoot.

- Contains horse drawn vehicles, early tractors,
steam and oil engines, farm machinery and home wares.
- Clifton Gardens - English gardens featuring a 120 year old
wisteria, many pathways winding through fragrant beds and well manicured
lawns.
